Quite true even if in my experience business has no idea how requirements should look like.
You could do another one out of that: switch the position of the characters, call it "IT & Business" and let the IT guy say "Do you understand? It is technical impossible!". Would be the same exception. ;)

Addition: Hmm better call it "Frustrated IT & Business". Could also be an "ArgumentException"...
