Kapiere ich nicht. Ribbon ist ein Band, z.B. Geschenkband. Insider-Joke??

The colours, man. All wrong. :(

Data is not a redshirt. And he would also not have been the one to raise shields.

;-)

Also known as iLCARS...? ;-)

Probably the Microsoft Office ribbon/Band is the point.

Colours are wrong, Picard is red, Data yellow. Ribbon meens the new surface for Windows 8, which is already used in Office 2k7 and 2k10 and Windows 7 Paint.

For those who dont understand the comic:

It talks about the (dreadful?) Ribbon UI found on new Microsoft products (Office) and will be present in Windows 8 File explorer (and possible more).

More information can be found under: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ribbon_%28computing%29

Sorry, - what t.f. are Ribbons - Do You think of that feature in the *new* Office-products Menustructure ?

@Tempelorg: "Ribbon" ist die neue Menüleiste die z.B. Office 2007 und bald auch Windows 8 eingeführt hat.

On Topic: I *LOVE* the ribbon. Yes, it's a very hard conversion, but for beginners it's much easier and it's much more visually pleasing.

Awesome ^^
And so true, I HATE Ribbon, worst invention ever made.

LOL XD
I love ribbon, I still don't know how can people fail so much using it.
