I'm fairly certain most people mean "In My Honest Opinion" when they say IMHO and not "In My Humble Opinion"

Coders are about as humble as the Queen of Spain. Each one is absolutely convinced that only his thought process is worthy of code and that everyone else is a bumbling idiot.
