Dürfte sich auf den glücklosen Versuch unserer Bundesmerkel beziehen, private Gläubiger für die nächste Runde Griechenland-Finanzierung einzuspannen. Nachdem Monsieur Sarkozy zu Besuch war, soll die Beteiligung ja dann doch wieder nur freiwillig sein.
