Can't believe, The Birth certificate generation system should have prevented saving a special character in name. :D

@SM: I'm German and my lastname has an U umlaut. when I registered my son's birth, the Birth certificate generation system circumscribed the "ü" with "ue", so now he has a passport with a lastname different from all other family members leading constantly to questioning when crossing international borders
