@Hendrys:
Quite often we are a bit pressed for time and will end up with some functions slightly broken, the dev doesn't want to click the button since he knows the functionality is (currently) broken.

This is soooo true, especially if you have fellow developers in the room who exactly know where it is ok to click and where not.. always fun to click almost wrong, you can just seen them duck away for the error page ;-)
